Personal data
According to § 3 Abs. 1 BDSG, personal data is specific information about personal or factual characteristics relating to a certain natural person or a natural person who can be specified. Collection and processing of personal data
In general, you do not have to post personal data while using our web pages. We use the personal data which you have made available to us exclusively in order to fulfil your wishes and requests – i.e. for sending out product information material or ordered goods as well as for answering individual enquiries. Additional personal information is not collected unless you provide this data voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, survey or an information request.
Only if it is required for the purpose of rendering services or sending goods, we collect and record your personal data as part of contract to do so. It may be necessary to pass on your address and order data to our partners and contractors, for example to forwarders or other service partners.
After completion of contract, your personal data is locked and deleted (under consideration of tax and commercial law regulations), unless you have given express consent to further processing of your data.
If you have registered for our newsletter with your email address, we also use your email address for own Ditoma promotion purposes after completion of the former contract until you unsubscribe.

Data collection by use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysing tool by Google Inc. Google Analytics works with so called "Cookies". Cookies are small files which are saved on your computer and which enable us to store information related to your PC (system software, browser) and you, the user´s IP address, specifically, while you visit one of our sites (with date and time of your visit on our websites). Personal data of the user are not stored, only his IP address. We use this cookie for retaining information about visitors who repeatedly access one of our internet pages. The purpose of using those cookies is to be able to offer you optimal user guidance, comfortable navigation  (i.e. saving your password) as well as to "recognize" you and thus be able to present utmost diversified pages and new contents during repeated use.
